I was on hold for around 20 minutes, which felt a bit long since I was trying to get it done before lunch and my coffee was getting cold. Once someone picked up though, the rep was friendly and knew what they were doing. They helped me sort out the part info I needed, so in the end it was a good experience overall.

I did end up finding the part I needed, but the product info could’ve been clearer. The pictures helped, but the fit details were a little confusing, so I had to double-check my model number a few times before feeling confident. Compared to some other sites I’ve used, this one made me work a bit harder to make sure I was ordering the right thing. It worked out in the end, just took longer than it probably should have.

The return process was actually easy and didn’t take much effort. The only thing was the refund was kind of slow, so I had to wait a bit longer than I expected.

"Delivery showed up right on time"
Well... I ordered a replacement part for my dryer and was just hoping it wouldn’t get delayed. The shipping updates were easy to follow, and the box showed up on the day they said it would. The part was packed fine too. It did take an extra day to process before it shipped, but that wasn’t a big deal. Overall, the delivery was reliable and I’d use them again.

I ordered a replacement part from Sears Parts Direct, i was expecting better because I’ve usually trusted Sears-related parts in the past. It looked fine when I took it out of the box, but the plastic felt flimsy right away.
After installing it, I only got a couple of uses out of it before I noticed it starting to crack. For what it cost, I really thought it would feel sturdier and last longer than that.
Maybe I just ended up with a bad one, but based on my experience, the quality wasn’t there. I’m probably a little picky about replacement parts, but I wouldn’t buy this one again.

The part I ordered was the right one, so that was great. The only small issue was that the screws were missing, which was a bit inconvenient, but overall the main item was correct.

I ordered a washer part because the website said it was in stock, and now I kind of regret not checking somewhere else first. A couple days later, I got an email saying it was actually backordered with no clear date. That was frustrating since I could’ve bought it from another place and probably had it sooner. Canceling the order was easy enough, but the stock info really needs to be more accurate...

"Parts diagrams made it way easier"
I was trying to fix my old dryer and, i had no clue what the little plastic piece was called. The parts diagram on Sears Parts Direct made it easy to figure out because I could just compare what I was looking at in the machine to the picture. Common sense says it’s better to match the part visually than guess at a name, and that definitely helped here.
I also liked being able to zoom in and see the numbers right on the drawing. It made ordering the right part feel a lot less risky, especially since I’m not exactly handy. The site was simple enough to use and saved me from turning a small repair into a bigger headache.

"Fair prices, and thankfully no weird surprises"
I needed a couple of parts for my old washer and ended up ordering from Sears PartsDirect. I did check a few other sites first, because I really hate overpaying, and I hate when shipping costs suddenly jump at checkout too. Their prices weren’t the absolute cheapest, not by a lot, but they were fair enough, and the shipping didn’t feel ridiculous. Everything was laid out clearly before I paid, which I appreciate because I’m tired of sites adding fees at the last second. Really tired of that. The parts showed up fine and I’d probably use them again

"Tracking shouldn’t be this confusing"
I ordered a part and the tracking just sat there for days with no updates at all. When I contacted support, they basically repeated the same info I could already see. Like, why is this so complicated? I still have no idea where my part is, and the whole thing has been really frustrating.

I found the mower part I needed quickly and didn’t have to wander around the site forever, which was nice. The model number search actually worked well, and the diagrams made it way easier to make sure I was looking at the right piece.
Checkout was simple too, and I liked that it kept the part info there so I could double-check before placing the order. No annoying popups or confusing pages, which can get ridiculous on some sites.

I was looking for a dryer part that I couldn’t seem to find anywhere nearby, and Sears Parts Direct had what I needed. It took me maybe a few minutes of browsing around the site, but I found it, it was in stock, and it worked just fine once I got it installed.

"Backorder took a while, but it showed up"
The part ended up being on backorder and the updates were a little slow. I probably should’ve checked in sooner myself, but I was busy and kept putting it off. It did arrive eventually, so I can’t complain too much. Not the best experience, but not terrible either.
"The box looked like it survived a disaster"
The packaging was awful. The box showed up completely crushed, like it had been thrown off a truck and stomped on for good measure. I was genuinely shocked when I saw it.

To be fair, the part looked like it should’ve worked, and the site said it fit my model. But once I tried installing it, it was just off enough that it wouldn’t work. Returning it was kind of a hassle too. I just wish the fit info had been more accurate.
