"Evap fan motor"
It's a scam part said it was on stock then I call and told me it wasn't that they could find the part for me with another manufacturer and then they said oh we found the part cheaper price will be delivered this week and they wanted my info on my credit card again it's all bs it's a scam

"Stay Away"
Ordered a part that was in stock. Didn't come when it was supposed to then got a notice it was "back ordered" called same day I got the notice and told them to cancel. Never got a refund so I called again. They told me it was never cancelled because the part already shipped? How did it ship if it was back ordered? No problem we will cancel. You'll get an email conf. In 1-3 days and refund in 3-5. Never got either. Now the part came that I already bought somewhere else. Called again and they told me whoever I talked to was incorrect. Nothing was ever done. Then they tried to get me to return it. Nope sorry. I cancelled twice and once by email and you sent it anyway, come pick it up. No problem someone will call you tomorrow to get your permission to pick up the package from your property. Nobody ever called but UPS did come and leave a note on the door but never took the package. Then they came again the next day and did the same thing. Called again and they told me they will be coming back again. I told them I want my refund and they said I have to wait. Sorry you made a mistake and sent something that you shouldn't have and now I have to wait. I'm having the bank dispute the charge. This place is a total scam.

"Make sure you know what you're getting…"
Make sure you know what you're getting into when dealing with this company. Ordered a refrigerator door asked many times if it came with all necessary components was told yes, It came with none no handle no seal no strip nothing.
Aside from the fact that the customer service rep could not handle the questions we asked and did not send the parts we perceived we ordered they lied to us for 3 weeks about delivery time tracking numbers, And absolutely everything else that could happen and go wrong did go wrong. The accounts were not notated by the Customer service representatives nobody could see that we called repetitively.
The experience started on April 24th we just got the shell of a door today on May 2nd 4 hour refrigerator. What we were told over the phone was that all necessary components parts and hinges would be delivered no later than April 27th.

"Ripped off, scammed and cheated by Sears"
If I could leave this company zero stars I certainly would because I feel that they are not honest, reputable or trustworthy and that they take advantage of unsuspecting customers. I feel that they use bait & switch practices that mislead and deceive customers.
I feel that they uses extremely deceptive, deceitful and dishonest business practices and tactics to defraud customers. On 3/31/2023, I ordered parts from Sears Parts Direct for $88.76. I never received the dryer vent cover because apparently the incompetent idiot thst took my order shipped it to the wrong address and the dishwasher parts that I carefully explained ad thought I ordered was completely wrong. I was promised a refund for the door and sent a return shipping label to return the wrong dishwasher part. UPS delivered the wrong part back to Sears Parts Direct on 04/17/2023 at 8:36am and I have yet to receive a full refund. I've emailed the CEO more times than I care to admit requesting his assistance or intervention but regrettably I've received none. I feel completely scammed, cheated and robbed by this totally unethical and unscrupulous business that I feel simply takes your money but does not provide the goods or services that they took the money for. I also do not appreciate being overcharged for the parts that can be purchased on Amazon for a whole lot less money. This was a horrible and horrendous ordeal and experience that no customer should ever be put through.

Well the date came around I got an email saying the item is back ordered for an unknown amount of time, and I can not cancel the order because it is back ordered I went back to the site, and the item is still listed "In Stock". Somehow I did get hold of some jerk who barely spoke English Saying there was nothing he could do about it. Don't deal with this company they do not tell the truth.

"Buyer Beware"
1. I order a Control panel and it was the wrong color. For Two Days I asked SearsPartDirect for a Return Label.
2. Parts are not delivered as promised and contracting a Representative in America is impossible. Good Luck and Buyer Beware.

"Idiots!"
I ordered a part for a customer that showed "in stock". A couple of days later, I got an email it was backordered? I called and csncelked the order. It came anyway. I called to get a refund and return it. They sent a text link that did not work. I called back. They tried 4 times to send a shipping label to two different emails. Nothing. They finally said they can have UPS come get it. I put it in the office. It's still there after a week!
I called again, got disconnected by their automated system. I call parts ordering instead and git transferred. They refused to try and send the shipping label since it's already set for pick up?
They say they will send another notification to UPS.
At this rate, it would beceasier to drive it there myself!
I will never order another part from these idiots.

So I ordered same part from another company and it arrived in a few days. Meanwhile at Sears no customer service available just an automated system.They don’t stock parts, only order them from manufacturers. Nothing direct about this company, they are a middle man with no customer service or ability to track or cancel orders. Most annoyed that I cannot cancel my order until I receive it. Horrible company will never order from again.

"DO NOT ORDER FROM SEARS PARTS DIRECT!"
No matter how important the item is DO NOT order from them!
The website indicates that the item is in stock and you place an order and a few days later you get an email stating that the item is backordered. When you contact them they try and say its the manufacture who notified them that the item is backordered and they have no idea when the item is going to be available. I asked them to cancel and refund me and after a week neither was done so I had to call my bank to get my money back.

"Impossible to get return authorization form emailed to me to return unopened item"
I ordered a main control board for my Amana oven. I received it on time. Then my electrician told me that the board wasn't the problem that it was a bad breaker in the electrical panel. So he changed the breaker and the oven worked perfectly again. I called SPD several times to get a return authorization number/form sent to me so that I could return it at the UPS store. They never sent me that form. I had to get the bank involved. This is not the sears I remember growing up.

"Horrible"
My order says the part is in stock and "in process" but it is now 12 days past the expected delivery date
The "care" dept does not They are overseas, hard to understand, refuse to transfer me to a supervisor, refuse to transfer me to someone in USA.
They are however, diligent about trying to sell me a water filter at the end of every fruitless call.
Sears was once a proud American retailer. Not anymore. Pathetic.
Thank you and while I have you, how often do you change your water filter?……..

Buyer be aware! They do not answer the phone. They state in stock parts, but they dont have them!
